To start a return, please contact our customer service team within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted if requested within 24-48 hours of delivery.
- Items approved through our proof approval process are final sales and not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges unless D and G Trophies Inc. is at fault.
- Non-imprinted (undecorated) goods may be returned for a refund, account credit, or exchange upon approval from a D and G Trophies Inc. representative.
Processing & Refund Timeline

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will process a refund, account credit, or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.
Restocking & Shipping Fees

A 25% restocking fee of the invoiced amount applies to returned items (excluding special orders).
- Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited upon return.
